The United States is always heavily involved in the celebration of this holiday. Historians say the first St. Patty's Day parade actually took place in North America.
Today, celebrating St. Patrick's Day takes a lot of forms. Parades are still a classic choice, but bar crawls, restaurant specials, and block parties are also popular. No matter your style, you can find a way to partake in the festivities.
