Our community features a diverse selection of floor plans, including one, two, and three-bedroom apartments designed to meet your needs.
What utilities, if any, are included in the monthly rent?
There are currently no utilities included in the monthly rent.
What amenities does your community offer?
Residents enjoy access to several on-site amenities, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and clubhouse, as well as a conference room and a computer room for work or study.
Does your community have EV charging stations? If not, are there any nearby?
While we do not have charging stations on the property, there is a Target just five minutes away that is equipped with charging stations for your convenience.
Where can guests park?
We utilize a convenient guest registration system that allows residents to register their visitors' vehicles, granting them permission to park securely inside the community.
Is there public transportation nearby?
Yes, our location offers easy access to the Tri-Rail, providing a convenient commuting option for travel throughout the region.
What attractions are nearby?
Our community is perfectly situated near some of the area's best attractions, including the Hard Rock Casino, Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, and the Anne Kolb Nature Center. You’ll also find ArtsPark at Young Circle, Hollywood Hot Glass, West Lake Park, Flamingo Gardens, and the Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi all just a short distance away.
How does your community sort and receive mail/packages?
All standard mail and carrier packages are delivered directly to the resident's door or individual mailbox.
