Join 2940 Solano in Spreading Holiday Cheer with the North Pole Express! 🎄-image

The holiday season is here, and we’re excited to kick things off with something truly special! At 2940 Solano, we’re joining Morguard’s North Pole Express , a four-week holiday donation drive designed to bring joy to foster children across the country. This year, we’ve teamed up with Comfort Cases, a wonderful nonprofit dedicated to supporting children in the foster care system. We’d love for you to join us in making this season extra meaningful! What Is the North Pole Express? 🎅 Imagine a sleigh filled with more than just toys—this drive focuses on collecting essentials that can truly brighten a child’s day. The North Pole Express is a nationwide effort where Morguard properties, including 2940 Solano, come together to collect donations. Over the next four weeks, we’ll be turning our lobby into a cheerful drop-off point for your generous contributions. Who Are We Supporting? 💙 We are honored to partner with Comfort Cases , an inspiring nonprofit that provides foster children with much-needed essentials packed into “comfort cases.” Founded by Rob Scheer, who grew up in the foster system himself, Comfort Cases was created to change the unfortunate reality that many children enter foster care with their belongings in trash bags. Each comfort case is filled with items like new pajamas, books, cozy blankets, hygiene products, and stuffed animals—everything a child needs to feel comforted and valued. These thoughtful gifts help foster children feel seen, respected, and cared for during challenging times. How Can You Make a Difference? 🎁 We’re inviting our amazing 2940 Solano community to join us in spreading joy this holiday season! From now until December 13th , we’re collecting the following items in our lobby: New pajamas (all sizes) Diaper wipes (packs of 10-48) Children’s books (because every child deserves a bedtime story) Small blankets & stuffed animals (for warmth and comfort) Bibs and washcloths (to help little ones stay clean) Every donation, no matter how big or small, makes a huge impact. Your generosity will help create a brighter holiday for children who need it most. Please remember that all items must be new and unused to ensure they’re ready to give. Got Questions? 📞 Our team at 2940 Solano is here to help! If you have questions about the drive or need ideas on what to donate, just stop by the leasing office or give us a call. We’d be more than happy to assist. Why Get Involved? 🤗 The holiday season is all about coming together to spread love and kindness, and this is your chance to make a difference. By supporting the North Pole Express, you’re helping foster children feel valued and cared for, especially during the holidays. It’s more than just donations—it’s about showing these kids they’re not alone. Let’s come together, fill those comfort cases, and make this holiday season one to remember. 🎄✨ Thank you, 2940 Solano family, for helping us make a real impact. Let’s spread some holiday magic together! 💛😊
