We are honored to partner with Comfort Cases , an inspiring nonprofit that provides foster children with much-needed essentials packed into “comfort cases.” Founded by Rob Scheer, who grew up in the foster system himself, Comfort Cases was created to change the unfortunate reality that many children enter foster care with their belongings in trash bags.
Each comfort case is filled with items like new pajamas, books, cozy blankets, hygiene products, and stuffed animals—everything a child needs to feel comforted and valued. These thoughtful gifts help foster children feel seen, respected, and cared for during challenging times.

Irish Food and Drinks are must haves on St. Patrick's Day. You can't miss some annual classics like corned beef, cabbage, and beer. The options are endless each year; therefore, we'll just highlight a few of our community favorites!
Head over to Fort Lauderdale for the Fort Lauderdale Official St. Patrick’s Day Bar Crawl to crawl through some of the city’s best bars and pubs, with great music and great company!
To keep things more lowkey, there are numerous restaurants and pubs near our community serving great drinks and food with a traditional Irish flare! Check out some of our favorite spots such as The Angry Warthog Saloon, JP Mulligans, and the Shanks Town Tavern.
